This is the oldest track on this record and was written several years ago. I released it on my first EP, which only a few people have heard. I decided to revive it, one, because it is one of the songs I still like after many years, and two, it fits on the record. The song was inspired by a fathers's love for his daughter. I imagined what it must be like to watch your daughter grow and how that must be a painful, but beautiful experience. It is always hard to write from imagination without real experience.
